【摘要】:ThispartofISO6272describesamethodforevaluatingtheresistanceofadryfilmofpaint,varnishorrelatedproducttocrackingorpeelingfromasubstratewhenitissubjectedtoadeformationcausedbyafallingweight,witha20-mm-diametersphericalindenter,droppedunderstandardconditions.NOTETheterm“impactresistance”isincludedinthetitleofthispartofISO6272,butoneimportantcharacteristicoftheapparatususedisthatitshouldproducerapiddeformationratherthanatrueimpact.Themethoddescribedcanbeapplied—eitherasapass/failtest,thetestbeingcarriedoutfromonedropheightandwithaspecifiedmass,soastotestcompliancewithaparticularspecification;—orasaclassificationtest,todeterminetheminimummassand/ordropheightforwhichthecoatingcracksorpeelsfromitssubstratebygraduallyincreasingthedropheightand/orthemass.
