【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC19795establishesamechanismformeasuringthecorealgorithmiccapabilitiesofbiometriccomparisonalgorithmsrunningonISO/IEC7816integratedcircuitcards.Specifically,thispartofISO/IEC19795-instantiatesamechanismforon-cardbiometriccomparisontesting;-standardizesproceduresforthemeasurementoftheaccuracyofon-cardbiometriccomparisonimplementationsrunningonobject-based,test-specificsamplecards;-standardizesproceduresforthemeasurementofdurationsofthevariousoperations;and-givesexamplesformatchingISO/IEC19794-2-2005compactcardminutiaetemplates.ThefollowingarespecificallynotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19795:-proceduresforsecuringthecommunicationschannel,includingcryptographicprotectionofthebiometrictemplates;-proceduresforprotectionofsampleortemplateintegrityusingdigitalsignatures;-authenticationofthecardandreader;-selectionoruseoftransmissionprotocols(e.g.contactless);-profilesofspecificdatainterchangestandards;-proceduresforevaluationofreaders,includingperformance,conformanceandinteroperability;-proceduresforevaluationofruggednessordurabilityofthecard;-on-cardtemplategeneration(e.g.extractionofminutiaefromimages),-templateupdateoradaptation;-formalconformancetestsofISO/IEC7816-4andISO/IEC7816-11;-testingofdevicesnotconformingtoISO/IEC7816,includingallsystem-on-carddevices.
