【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthechromatographicdeterminationoftheamountofironchelatedbyeachoftheindividualisomersofthechelatingagentortho-paraEDDHA(O,p-EDDHA)infertilizersThemethodallowstheidentificationofthischelatingagentandthedeterminationofthewatersolublefractionofironchelatedbythischelatingagent,ThemethodisnotapplicableforthedeterminationoftheamountoffreechelatingagentNOTE1Thismethodhasbeenshowntobealsosuitableforthedeterminationoftheamountofironchelatedbyeachoftheindividualisomersofthechelatingagentortho-orthoEDDHA(o,o-EDDHA)infertilizers.NOTE2O,o-EDDHAando,p-EDDHAareabbreviationsusedinthisEuropeanStandardforthesakeofsimplicity,ForcompletenamesseeAnnexC.NOTE3ThesubstancesO,o-EDDHAandO,p-EDDHAbothexistasdifferentstereoisomers.ForO,o-EDDHAamesoformandad/Ipair(theracemicisomers)exist,forO,p-EDDHAtwodifferentd/Ipairsexist.Allfourstereoisomersareobservedseparatelyinthismethod.NOTE4Cureniyananalyticaqlypurestandardonlyexistsforo,o-EDDHA.ThemethodforO,p-EDDHAhasbeendevelopedwithanO,p-EDDHAstandardcontaininganuncertainconcentrationofO,p-EDDHA.
