【摘要】:ThisBritishStandarddealswithtemporarydistributionsystemsanduseoflowvoltagea.c.electricity,fortelevision,film,theatre,popconcertsandsimilarevents,eitherindoororoutdoor.Itaimstobringtogetherinonedocumentguidanceonmattersofcommoninteresttoproducingcompanies,equipmenthirecompanies,eventorganizers,electricalconsultants,electricalinstallationcontractors,electricitysupplycompanies,servicehirecompanies,equipmentmanufacturers,venuesandauthoritiesresponsibleforsafety.ThepowerdistributionequipmentdescribedinthisBritishStandardoperatesatlowvoltageasdefinedinBS7671:1992(50to1000)Va.c.Equipmentpoweredbythedistributionsystemnormallyoperatesat230Vnominal,singlephase50Hza.c.or400Vnominal,threephase50Hza.c.d.c.suppliesarenotwithinthescopeofthisBritishStandard.Electricitymaybetakenfromanexistinginstalledcapacity,thepublicsupply,othersuppliers,orfrommobileorportablegenerators,usuallyatlowvoltage.Thedistributionsystemsdescribedareforperformancelightingandgenerallighting,andalsoforpowerforrigging,sceniceffects,cameras,audioequipment,broadcastequipment,catering,wardrobeandotherassociatedservices.Thiscodeofpracticeenvisagesthatallswitchgear,distributionpanels,cables,luminaires,technicalequipmentandotherloadsusedforthesepurposesaremanufacturedtoappropriatestandards,ifavailable,andthatinstallationandusearesupervisedandcarriedoutbyskilledpersons.Itisenvisagedthatthetemporaryinstallationissupportedbyasuitableskilledpersononsiteatalltimes.Withcertainexceptions,allequipmentisconnectedbyprefittedplug-and-socket.Componentpartsaretestedpriortouse.Aninstallationisconsideredtemporaryifthecomponentsareintendedforcompleteremovalattheendoftheperiodofuse.Althoughthisstandardisgenerallyapplicabletopowerdistributionatfairgroundsandexhibitions,itisrecommendedthatreferenceismadetoIEC364-7.711andmorespecializeddocumentspublishedbytheNationalAssociationofExhibitionHallowners.
