【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedtodeterminetheamountofwaterrequiredtopreparehydrauliccementpasteswithnormalconsistency,asrequiredforcertainstandardtests.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthenormalconsistencyofhydrauliccement.1.2Units8212;ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.See1.4foraspecificwarningstatement.1.4Warning8212;Freshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.Theuseofgloves,protectiveclothing,andeyeprotectionisrecommended.Washcontactareawithcopiousamountsofwateraftercontact.Washeyesforaminimumof15min.Avoidexposureofthebodytoclothingsaturatedwiththeliquidphaseoftheunhardenedmaterial.Removecontaminatedclothingimmediatelyafterexposure.

【摘要】:Inthepast,ASTMspecificationsforlow-alloyweatheringsteels,suchasSpecificationsA242/A242M,A588/A588M,A606Type4,A709/A709MGrade50W,HPS70W,and100W,A852/A852M,andA871/A871Mstatedthattheatmosphericcorrosionresistanceofthesesteelsisx201C;approximatelytwotimesthatofcarbonstructuralsteelwithcopper.x201D;Afootnoteinthespecificationsstatedthatx201C;twotimescarbonstructuralsteelwithcopperisequivalenttofourtimescarbonstructuralsteelwithoutcopper(Cu0.02maximum).x201D;Becausesuchstatementsrelatingthecorrosionresistanceofweatheringsteelstothatofothersteelsareimpreciseand,moreimportantly,lacksignificancetotheuser(1and2),thepresentguidewaspreparedtodescribemoremeaningfulmethodsofestimatingtheatmosphericcorrosionresistanceofweatheringsteels.Thefirstmethodofthisguideisintendedforuseinestimatingtheexpectedlong-termatmosphericcorrosionlossesofspecificgradesoflow-alloysteelsinvariousenvironments,utilizingexistingshort-termatmosphericcorrosiondataforthesegradesofsteel.Thesecondmethodofthisguideisintendedforuseinestimatingtherelativeatmosphericcorrosionresistanceofaspecificheatoflow-alloysteel,basedonitschemicalcomposition.Itisimportanttorecognizethatthemethodspresentedherearebasedoncalculationsmadefromtestdataforflat,boldlyexposedsteelspecimens.Atmosphericcorrosionratescanbemuchhigherwhentheweatheringsteelremainswetforprolongedperiodsoftime,orisheavilycontaminatedwithsaltorothercorrosivechemicals.Therefore,cautionmustbeexercisedintheapplicationofthesemethodsforpredictionoflong-termperformanceofactualstructures.1.1Thisguidepresentstwomethodsforestimatingtheatmosphericcorrosionresistanceoflow-alloyweatheringsteels,suchasthosedescribedinSpecificationsA242/A242M,A588/A588M,A606Type4,A709/A709Mgrades50W,HPS70W,and100W,A852/A852M,andA871/A871M.Onemethodgivesanestimateofthelong-termthicknesslossofasteelataspecificsitebasedonresultsofshort-termtests.Theothergivesanestimateofrelativecorrosionresistancebasedonchemicalcomposition.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
