【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofspecificairconditioningequipmentforaircraftgroundsupport,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepre-sentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentisnotdealingwiththehazardsofairconditioningmachineryitself,butwiththeequipmentforthespecificapplicationofsuchmachineryasaircraftgroundsupportequipment.Thisdocumentappliestoalltypesofmoveableairconditioningequipmentwithevaporatorsforcooling,heatingandventilatingtheinteriorofcivilaircraftfromoutside(groundairconditioning).ExamplesseeAnnexA.Italsoappliestoairconditioningunitsandaccessories,e.g.hoses,couplers,mountedonmoveablepartsofpassengerboardingbridgesand/ormoveablepartsoffixedcentralizedaircraftairconditioningequipment,whetherpassengerboardingbridgemountedorrampintegrated.ThisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibrationNoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinprEN1915-4andprEN1915-3..Thisdocumentisnotdealingwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandthetrafficontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoairconditioningequipment,whichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
