【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforautomaticelectrostaticsprayingequipmentwhichisusedforsprayingnon-flammableliquidswhichdonotformexplosiveatmospheresinthesprayingarea.Thisappliesalsoforpaintsthatareclassedasnon-ignitablewhilespraying,e.g.waterbasedpaints(seeannexA).Inthisconnectionadistinctionismadebetweensprayingdeviceswhichduetotheirtypeofconstructioncomplywithrequirementsofpersonnelprotection,andthoseforwhichotherdischargeenergiesand/orcurrentlimitsarestipulated.Italsospecifiestheconstructionalrequirementsforthesafeoperationalconditionsoftheelectricalequipmentinstallationsincludingventilationrequirements.Additionalrequirementsastotheconstructionofthesprayingareassuchascabinsandbooths,etc.aredealtwithinotherstandards,currentlyinpreparationinCEN/TC271.NOTEIfflammableliquidsprayingmaterialsarealsousedintheequipment,therequirementslaiddowninEN50176forautomaticelectrostaticsprayingequipmentforflammableliquidsprayingmaterialapply;thatmeansthatthesprayingareashavetobeequippedaccordingly.2ThisEuropeanStandardconsidersthefollowingtypesofelectrostaticsprayingsystems:TypeBSystemswithadischargeenergylimitinexcessof5mJbutlessthan350mJandacurrentlimitoflessthan0,7mAInthesesystemsthereisnodangerofelectricshock.TypeCSystemswithadischargeenergyinexcessof350mJand/oracurrentinexcessof0,7mA(see5.1.2)Inthesesystemstherearedangersofelectricshock.NOTETypeAsystemscomplyingwithEN50050:1986arenotrelevantforthisEuropeanStandard.3ThisEuropeanStandardconsidersonlythehazardsspecifictotheelectrostaticcharacteristicsoftheelectrostaticsprayingprocess.4Forotheraspects,suchas:-selection,installationanduseofelectricalequipmentinhazardousareas;-healthhazards,forexampletoxicandskineffects;-cleaningofsprayingareas;-firehazardfromexternalsources;-fireprotection;wheretherearenoharmonizedEuropeanStandardsthennationalregulationsapply.
