【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationestablishesnationallyrecognizedperformancerequirementsforportablegasoline,kerosene,anddieselfuelingsystemsintendedforreusebytheconsumerinfilling,transport,dispensing,andstorage.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoversingle-tripprepackagedcontainers.1.2Thisspecificationdefinesperformancerequirementsforsystemsthatcaneffectivelyreducefuelspillageandemissionswhenusedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer''s(marked)warnings,operatinginstructions,andlimitationsofuse.Thisspecificationdoesnotprovideassurancethatsystemsmeetingtherequirementsaresuitedtoallfuelingapplicationsandconditions.1.3Thisspecificationisnotafirehazardstandard.Itconcernsportablegasolineandkerosenecontainersforconsumeruse.1.4ContainersusedwiththesesystemsshallmeetallapplicablerequirementsofeitherSpecificationF852orF976andadditionalrequirementsasspecifiedinthisstandard.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatappliesonlytothetestmethodportion,Section5,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
